ON SHIPPING: While we process and ship items within 2-3 business days, actual shipping times may vary; FOUND is not responsible for service transit time. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Once items have been shipped, they become the responsibility of the carrier–if you would like to include insurance, please contact us for more information.

ON PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. You may also call us directly and place your order over the phone.
ON DAMAGES: We will do all that we can to make sure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. All merchandise is carefully checked and leaves our store in perfect condition, BUT, occasionally damage may occur during shipping. All damages must be claimed through the freight company that was used to ship your item. We are happy to provide information and to assist in any way we can. Please contact us with any questions.

- Online shopping: Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, one of our unique pieces of merchandise may sell simultaneously in the shop before the online store can be updated–sometimes, our fabulous items are just too popular! If this is the case, and if we can’t get you another item from our store that you are just as excited about, you will be notified immediately and your money will be refunded.
- Reclaimed wood : Please note that due to the rustic nature of reclaimed wood, each piece is unique. This very special wood may be rough & split in some areas. If you have questions about reclaimed wood, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
- One of a kind: Our one of a kind antique and vintage pieces have lived long, full and sometimes exciting lives before coming to us, and thus will have the wear and tear you would expect in a vintage piece. All items are as shown & described and are non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us with questions or more detailed photos before making a purchase, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
